Woodley Hammers Summer Tournament SATURDAY 31 MAY & SUNDAY 1 JUNE 2008 Berkshire College of Agriculture (BCA) Burchetts Green, Maidenhead SL6 6QR

This year the tournament will be hosted and assisted by students of BCA at their impressive grounds just off the A4.  We would like to invite your club to enter this year’s tournament. This year there will be competitions arranged ranging from Under 7 (i.e. under 7 on 1 September 2007) to Men’s teams together with three girls’ age groups. The days will be divided as follows: Saturday 31 May:       Under 11s, 12s, 13s, 14s, 15s, 11/12s girls combined, 13/14s girls combined, 15/16s girls combined Sunday 1 June:            Under 7s, 8s, 9s, 10s, 16s, 17/18s combined, Men A maximum of 28 teams will be accepted for each age group. Should you wish to accept our invitation please complete an application form and return promptly to the Entries Coordinator at the address on the application form together with your entry fee of £40 for Men’s teams and £25 for all other age-groups. The closing date for entries has been extended to Friday 16th May 2008 and are accepted at the discretion of the Entries Coordinator. You will either receive written confirmation of your entry or notification of an unsuccessful application shortly after the closing date.
